Standard payment Terms:
- Project initiation fee is 50% based on your official project estimate
- Balance, plus any additional hourly fees are invoiced at the time of project completion on Net 15 terms
Standard Hourly Rate for Add On Services: $85/hour
First Steps: Site map development is a critical first step in the design process. Before your project is initiated, Mesh provides a login for your convenience to help you plan out your intended site map using an easy-to-use tool called Jumpchart. The resulting sitemap will help us to assemble your customized quote. Should you require assistance in developing your site map, we are happy to provide consultation at our standard hourly rate.
Content & Images: You are responsible for providing content and images. We can certainly help with these, if necessary, at our standard hourly rate.
Domain & Hosting: Our pricing assumes that you have already procured your domain and hosting with a preferred WordPress Hosting provider. We recommend BlueHost, but can provide a full list of alternate preferred providers upon request. We are also happy to provide assistance with domain and hosting account setup or transfers at our standard hourly rate.
Please note: Timing of project initiation fee may vary based our workload capabilities. We will issue and send an invoice for your initiation fee as soon as we are ready to move your project into our queue.
